Restore trust and connection with your body
I believe in whole-body wellness — in seeing the body as an interconnected system, not a collection of separate parts. This belief deepened after years in corporate healthcare, where care often felt rushed, transactional, and disconnected from true healing.
In my own search for relief, I followed the paths I was told would help: therapy, medications, and conventional approaches that ultimately left me feeling further from my body rather than more connected. I began to see that many solutions addressed symptoms, not root causes.
Breathwork entered my life as a different kind of medicine — one that invited safety, awareness, and regulation from within. Through breath, I experienced what it means to listen to the body rather than override it.
I received my first degree in Dental Hygiene and continued my education in Public Health at the University of Colorado, with a focus on nutrition and herbalism. Today, my work is guided by intuition, energy awareness, and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom.

It's A Great Day to Breathe
Restoring

It was very good, I got very relaxed, thank you for the class!

Thank you for your time, the truth was very relaxing, in fact I would like to do it again!

Breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious breathing to support your nervous system, release stored stress, and bring awareness back into the body. It can help reduce anxiety, improve emotional clarity, and create a deeper sense of calm and connection.
Not at all. Energy Breathes is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Each session is gently guided, with options to move at your own pace and listen to what feels right for your body.
Sessions may include guided breathing, moments of stillness, gentle cues for body awareness, and space for emotional processing. Every experience is different, but the intention is always to create a safe, supportive environment for regulation, release, and reconnection.
Yes. This work is approached in a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware way. The focus is on safety, choice, and self-trust — never pushing or forcing. You are always in control of your experience.
